1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY

  1. Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi offers for sale products on www.otticavisionlight.com and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively to its end users which are "customers".

  2. When we talk about "customer" shall mean any natural person acting on www.otticavisionlight.com for purposes not related to his trade, business or professional activity.
    If you are not a "customer", please refrain from concluding commercial transaction on www.otticavisionlight.com.

  3. In view of its commercial policy, , Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi reserves the right not to follow orders from anyone other than the "customer" or any other order that do not conform to its trade policy.

2. GUARANTEES AND INDICATIONS OF PRICES OF PRODUCTS

  1. In our online shop at www.otticavisionlight.com are offered for sale only products branded luxury and top quality.
    These products are purchased directly from Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi at fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers carefully selected for their stringent quality controls.

  2. Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi does not sell used products, irregular or inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market.

    The images and colors of products offered for sale on www.otticavisionlight.com may not exactly correspond to the real for effect of the Internet browser and monitor.

  4. Prices of products may be subject to change. Make sure the final price of sale before sending the order form.

  5. Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi, in case to exercise your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original status or have been damaged.

3. HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT
    WITH VISION LIGHT BY ROBERTO LOMBARDI

  1. To conclude the purchase of one or more products on www.otticavisionlight.com, you must fill out the order form and send it in electronic format to Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi, via computer, follow the instructions.

  2. The order form contains a summary of the Terms of Sale, information on the characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes), the means of payment that you used to purchase each product and a summary of the mode of delivery of the purchased products, shipping costs and delivery, and necessary conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal of the products purchased.

  3. The contract is concluded when Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi receives, via computer, your order form, after verification of the correctness of data related to your order.

  4. Before purchasing products, by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to read carefully the General Terms of Sale.

  5. The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time required to process your order and as provided by law.

  10. Finished the contract, Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi will send you e-mail, a receipt of purchase, containing a summary of the information contained in the order form.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Orders and shipments are an integral and substantial part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and, therefore, is believed to date fully known and accepted at the time of transmission of the order form.

  1. The delivery of the items will be made by the courier Bartolini. Transport costs are charged to the customer and must be referenced to the table of costs:

    Any product purchased on our website will be sent to the address indicated by the purchaser in the order form.
    During the completion of your order will not be able to continue if the shipping address does not belong to one of the countries listed in the table above.
    For countries not in the list the shipment is only possible after a phone call or e-mail from the client, indicating the desired destination, which will be followed with an e-mail indicated the costs for the new destination and procedure for the possible purchase.

  2. All courier deliveries using 24/48h for the whole Italian territory, 24h for the large urban centers and 48h for Southern Italy, the islands and the smaller towns.
    They perform a dual delivery attempt: first attempt to leave a notice of passage with a phone number to call to arrange date and time for the second pass. In any case, the carrier makes a second attempt the day after the first pass.
    In case of special instructions for delivery, remember to put them in the order notes. These are always attached to the consignment.
    It is important to provide during the order a clear address where the courier can always find someone.
    Bartolini also offer a hold for pickup at his branch where to go personally to collect the goods.
    Couriers do not call in advance and do not handle requests in specific times.
    The products will be delivered during business days, no delivery is made on Saturdays and Sundays.

  3. The customer, upon delivery of the product must ensure that the package is not damaged or wet, and subject to the standard features of a package.
    If upon delivery the package will not be compliant with the standards described above, the customer is obliged to express in writing upon the transport document, refuse the damaged goods and inform Vision Light.
    We will not accept complaints of damaged goods in transit, if the user has failed to formally contest the carrier.
    In cases of return that is not due to defects of the same, the cost of shipping and handling will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

  4. PLEASE NOTE WELL

    Delivery times are indicative only and relate to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package at this time does not include the processing time of your order.
    For items in stock, the processing time is 12/24 hours, for items that must be sorted into the respective manufacturing companies processing time is usually within the following time: 3 to 7 days working; over time will be notified in advance.

5. PAYMENTS

The prices indicated are in Euro and include VAT.

    For shipments to the country (ITALY), you can pay for your purchases at the time of delivery.

    In this case the carrier may accept only cash payment.
    This payment method is provided for orders LESS or EQUAL to 500 euro.
    For orders OVER 500 euro will be automatically excluded from the choice as a method of payment.
    Cash on delivery has an additional cost of management of €10,00.

  2. Bank Transfer

    Paying for your purchases by bank transfer is simple:
    Complete your order by choosing 'Bank Transfer' between the mode of payment.

6. Right of withdrawal and product warranty

Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi undertakes to respect the right of withdrawal in these cases:

  1. The product is in any of its parts defective.
    For example faded frame, lens, which has technical defects.
    In these cases Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi will replace the product in warranty.

  2. The product does not reflect the standards of customer choice.
    For example, black-rimmed glasses ordered with the customer comes with white frame, Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi will replace the product, verifying the customer's order form, totally free.

In any other case, the costs of withdrawal and sending a replacement product will be charged to the customer and you can implement this right of withdrawal ONCE for the current order.
Also, if the product is custom made, such as sunglasses with prescription lenses, the cost of the lenses (now unusable for the company) WILL NOT be refunded to the customer.

7. Sales contact lenses andconservation products

Vision Light by Roberto Lombardi reminds all customers that the purchase on www.otticavisionlight.com of contact lenses and related products for the conservation, is reserved for customers>

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Terms of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No. 199 on May 22 185 on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree No 9 April 2003 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
